Our Story
Our journey began with Madhusudan’s extensive experience across various industries, spanning over 25 years. Having held key roles—from developer and business analyst to project manager and pre-sales architect—Madhusudan realized that his greatest impact was not just in delivering successful technology projects, but in mentoring and coaching teams to achieve their full potential.
In 2024, after decades of witnessing the rapid evolution of technology and the changing business landscape, Madhusudan embarked on a new mission: to create a consulting firm that connects the dots between technology and people.

Had a varied career and performed multiple roles in the SDLC phases – Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager and Pre-sales Architect
After exploring various roles and witnessing the evolution of technology, he realized his true calling was to utilize his personal strengths and communication skills to coach others in realizing their potential.
Madhu began the coaching journey in 2022, and completed the ACTP Level-2 certification in 2023 - he is on a mission to achieve his PCC credentialing
